Q: Is Mazacademy really free for 7 days?

A: Yes! Every new user gets a 7-day free trial with full access to our lessons—no charges during the trial. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard before the 7 days are up, and you won't be billed.

Q: What happens after the trial ends?

A: After 7 days, your subscription will begin automatically unless you cancel. You'll be charged according to the plan you selected at signup.

Q: Can I get a refund after the trial ends?

A: While we don't offer automatic refunds after the 7-day trial, we care deeply about your child's learning. If you believe Mazacademy caused clear negative academic impact, please email us at mazacademyai@gmail.com. We'll investigate your case personally and may issue a full refund if we find the platform contributed to the issue.

Q: How do you protect my child's data?

A: Your child's privacy is extremely important to us. Every action your child takes on Mazacademy—whether it's answering a math question or choosing an avatar—is securely stored and encrypted. We use Google Firestore, a trusted cloud database used by companies around the world, to keep your data safe. Firestore automatically encrypts all data both in transit (while it's being sent) and at rest (when it's stored), so no one can access it except authorized systems. Furthermore, your account is protected by Google's login security measures. We'll never sell or share your child's information. You're in control—and your child's data stays protected.

Q: How is my payment information stored?

A: Your payment information is securely stored by Stripe, a trusted payment processor. We do not store your payment information. You can review Stripe's privacy policy and security measures by visiting https://stripe.com/privacy.
